Durgerdammerdijk - Amsterdam

For this sustainable new-build home, commissioned by private clients, we fully technically developed the architect's sketch design into a feasible construction plan. The foundation and ground floor are constructed of concrete and steel, while the superstructure consists entirely of timber. The design complies with the applicable BENG requirements and is aimed at an energy-efficient and future-proof living environment.

An environmental permit has been applied for the plan, deviating in certain aspects from the visual quality plan and the environmental plan. The project is currently in the execution phase, and we are providing construction supervision.

This project demonstrates that it is possible to make the transition from sketch design to realization within one year. More information is available upon request.
